Man charged with molesting girl, 14
ZEBULON -- Deputies arrested a 41-year-old man Tuesday in connection with the molestation of a 14-year-old girl, according to arrest warrants. Carl David Moon, of 515 Derby Place in Zebulon, was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of statutory sex offense. The incidents occurred from 2001 through July 2003, according to arrest war- rants. Moon was being held at the Wake County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, according to jail officials.

A final comment: I found this very interesting. If you check out Carl's incoceration record, you will find that he was charged with this crime before he was hired at Qualex. He was charged with this crime on July 20, 2002. I know for a fact, that he was a new hire at Qualex in June of 2003. Great job checking backgrounds, Joe!
